| On this page you will find all the information you will need to figure out what type of Event Photography and Pricing you can expect for your event. Vicky@Exxtreme-photography.com Live Concert / Band Q. How many photos do you get with each package? A. This can change drastically with each show! It depends on many things. The amount of photos listed below are what would be considered a good deal. The more active a band is, and the cooler the venue, the more photos you will probably get. If the lighting is real dark there won't be many shots at all, and most likely no band shots, unless you want flash. Pick the best place to bring me out. Or if your new in town or interested in finding a place to play while your in town. I can help you out with great venues in the area. If you're a new young band, playing small bars, and just need a couple photos real bad, we can talk. Local Bars **Local Bar package: I work with local bands on a regular basis and I'm always happy to help out the LOCAL MUSIC SCENE!!! E-mail me Medium sized venues (Not headlining) **Basic package: $150 You’ll get 10 - 20 photos (If it's a great show you'll get many more shots than that) **Exxtra package: $250 (20 – 40 photos) You will also get back / off stage shots of the band. Chillin in your natural, nervously excited element or posing around the club for publicity shots. For this I will arrive an hour before your set time to do this. **Full package: $350 (80+ photos) Covers the *load in, setup, tuning, sound check, back stage, and set. * If your have to load in at noon, but don’t play till 8 at night, well I’ll probably not make the load in. **V.I.P. Package: $900.00 includes unlimited pictures of the day!! (150+ photos) Please ask for more information on this. Large sized venues (headliner) E-Mail me Festivals **Festival rate: Basic $100.00, Exxtra $200.00, Full $300.00, V.I.P. $600.00 . **Payment in full before going on. ** Door / ticket - Your band covers this. All access pass Get one for me even if you have to steal it ! At least make sure I can get on stage for shots around the drummer and shots from behind you into the crowd. I can get loads of shot's in one song shooting around the stage. I do this often and manage to keep a low profile and stay out of the way. I've worked with music in one form or another for most of my adult life and can read your moves quickly! Promo Shots: ~$150.00~ Around town 1 ½ hours, $50 each additional 1/2 hour plus travel expenses ~$175 .00~ In studio 1 hour, $50 each additional 1/2 hour TIPS: ~ Bring a change of clothes if you would like a different look or two, within the same photo shoot. ~ Bring any props if u have any u would like to incorporate into the pictures. ~ If you’re bringing me out to a local bar, do yourself a favor and buy a few black king sized bed sheets to thumbtack on the wall behind you. These sheets are nine feet square and cover allot of area and can make a big difference in the quality of the photo's taken! ~ Note~ If the venue is a local bar, then the definition of “good shot” changes! Lighting & surroundings really do matter. A flash just might be needed for some shots. ** You must realize the limitations of the venue in providing “good shots”. Modeling Portfolios Model Portfolio Prices & Contract A $75 deposit is required to reserve session time. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than one- day (24hr) notice or if the model is more than half an hour late. Otherwise the deposit will be applied and deducted from the session fee. Remainder of session fee is due at time of session. Session Fees Two-Look Session (90 images): $250.00 Three-Look Session (150 images): $350.00 Additional time: $80/Hour after three (3) hours Styling Fees Makeup: $35 per look* Hair: $50 per look* Makeup and hair for entire session: $175.00 * $50 minimum styling fee Print Pricing Size Individual Prints 2 or more from the same negative 10 or more from s.n. 4x6 10.00 8.00 6.00 5x7 16.00 14.00 12.00 8x10 25.00 20.00 10.00 11x14 55.00 40.00 16x20 75.00 50.00 Wallets* 8 for 14.00 - 24 for 35.00 -- 48 for 40.00 * must be from the same negative Minor digital retouching included for 5x7 prints and larger, additional retouching $35 per hour. Comp cards: $180 for 100, 5 shot, 2-sided card. Allow 4-6 weeks. Normal turn around time for proofs is two (2) weeks. Proof sheets and reprint orders will be mailed unless other arrangements are made. Rush charges apply as follows: Next day: (if possible): 200% 2 days: 100% 3-4 days: 75% Back to top of page Wedding & Social Events Wedding Coverage Pricing: Hourly Rate- $175.00 per hour. Two hour minimum coverage. Clients receive an edited high resolution JPEG CD and a 10 x 13 bound sample book of all their images. They are free to use their images as they like. We can assist clients with designing their albums at an additional fee based on material cost, printing and assembly. ** Social Events Pricing: Hourly rate per day- $95 per hour for the first two hours and $45 per hour for additional hours. Two hour minimum coverage. Clients receive an edited high resolution JPEG Cd of all images. They are free to use their images as they like. ** Additional Fee's **Last minuet bookings will have an additional convenience charge of $25 per hour added on to the total Al a Carte Prints Limited Edition prints are available from any of my photographs.
